What this covers

These terms cover the Growth Baron website and the client dashboards at app.growthbaron.com. Your work with us is also covered by whatever agreement or proposal you have signed with us.

Your account

Dashboards are private. Access is by email, using an emailed code or Google sign-in. Please do not share your access. Tell us if someone on your team should be added or removed.

Your data and connections

You own your data. You can connect Google Search Console so we can read it for your reports. Access is read-only, and you can disconnect at any time. See the privacy page for details.

What we provide

Reports, audits, plans and dashboards built from search, ranking and AI answer data. We take care to get the numbers right and to show their source and date. Rankings, traffic and AI mentions depend on search engines and AI products we do not control, so we cannot promise results.

Using it fairly

Please do not try to break the service, get around access controls, or look at another client’s dashboard.

Ending

You can stop at any time by telling us. We can also suspend access if these terms are broken. On request, we will delete your stored data. See the privacy page.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Growth Baron is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the issue.
